Q: Isn't it true that our bodies are capable of cleansing naturally? If so, why should I partake in the cleansing trend?

Q: I don't have much time, but I'd like to cleanse. Is it useful to do a cleanse for just 1 day?

A: Absolutely! One day can be very helpful. For some, a brief cleanse can be a confidence-building exercise that leads to more cleanses. Others might add a 1 day cleanse as a weekly routine. It's ALWAYS good to add more fresh, ripe, raw, plant-based food and juices free of any additives and you only have 24 hours, you will still reap the benefits!

Q: Do you recommend a 3-day cleanse or a 5-day cleanse?

A: This depends on what you would like to get out of the cleanse program. Cleansing for 5 days is a deeper, more intense experience than cleansing for 3 days. It's up to you and your health care professional to do an evaluation of where you are in life and from there decide what works best for you. If you have never cleansed before, we recommend starting with a 3 day cleanse and work your way up. That being said, if you already live a nearly raw, vegan lifestyle or have cleansed before, 5 days is 60% more cleansing time, and you will release that many toxins.
