Why you should care about bone broth?

Bone broth, one of the most healing traditional foods you can feed yourself

This is not a trend - it’s delicious, nutrient dense, easy to digest, boosts healing + detoxification, protects joints, gut health, healthy skin and aids the metabolism.

For some it is “nature’s multivitamin” because it’s packed with collagen, gelatin, easy to absorb essential amino acids and nutrients that support digestion, immunity and brain health.

I’ve been drinking it for over 3 years now and it’s been a huge game changer: less bloat/gas, immune booster, glowy skin, better digestion and it’s so soothing.
