We have been receiving some questions about the Activist Raw Mānuka Honey from individuals who have specific sensitivity to sugar. 
 
For those who have low sugar tolerances, it’s best to use the 850+MGO or the 1000+MGO Raw Mānuka Honey.

Sugar-Free Confusion

Sugar has gotten a bad wrap recently. With constant information being thrown around social media and influencers following certain diets, people have started to demonize sugar.

But, people seem to be confusing sugar-free with REFINED sugar-free. Refined sugar refers such ingredients as cane sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, or processed beet sugar that cause a rapid and significant increases in blood sugar and inflammation in the body.

However, the “sugar” that comes from fruit which is found in a majority of our cold-pressed juices and raw honey is called fructose and/or glucose. These are digested with highly absorbable enzymes that efficiently cleanse the bloodstream.
